Payment Terms

For Bookings Direct through BnB Host Management, once confirmed, your non-refundable full payment will be collected 7 days prior to arrival. We also collect a security deposit, the amount will be noted in your booking confirmation message. This will be pre-authorised on your credit card a couple of days prior to arrival.

For Bookings Direct through Airbnb,, and all other platforms (besides BnB Host Management booking website), the payment terms and conditions will be as described in that platform at the time of your booking.

Terms & Conditions

You and your guests agree to our 'No Smoking, No Parties & No Pets' Policies.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are staying at a property that allows house-trained dogs, you agree to abide by our pet policy provided in your booking confirmation & check-in messages.

You have supplied your Photo ID.

You agree that only those you have nominated above will stay at the property and no visitors unless previously discussed with us.

You have supplied the full names, contact number & age range of all your guests.

You have provided us with your email address & an Australian contact number.

If staying at one of our waterfront properties or a property with a pool for private or public use (i.e. resort pool), you agree to take full responsibility for all children, non-swimmers & dogs around and in the water. You agree that we have communicated this with you and you waive all liability against the owner and host of the property.

All guests shall behave in a respectful manner and shall be good neighbours respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners & tenants. Creating a disturbance of the above nature shall be grounds for immediate termination of this agreement.

You are responsible for any breakage or damage costs (or related costs) in or to the property - along with any extra costs that may result - which are caused by any guest.

The host can refuse to allow any guest or all guests into the property or ask the guest or any guests to leave if they reasonably believe the guest or any guest (or any other person invited by any guest to the property) are behaving illegally or that any damage is likely to be caused, has been caused or is being caused as a result of any guests behaviour or any person invited to the property and without providing a refund of any payment the guest has paid for the booking and the host will not be legally responsible to find any alternative accommodation.

All guests must not hold events (such as parties, celebrations or meetings) at the property without the advance written consent of the host. Any of these cases will allow the host to terminate the agreement without providing a refund of any payment the guest has paid for the booking and the host will not be legally responsible to find any alternative accommodation.

All guests must allow the host, owner or representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and the guest cannot be contacted in time). In these situations, the host can enter the property at any times without giving you prior notice.

By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, as acknowledged by submitting our Check-In form, all guests & visitors waive, discharges and agrees to hold harmless the host & owner from all damages or injuries arising from or related to all guests stay at the property, including without limitation, any accidents or injury to any guest, guest's visitors and associates, and loss of money, jewellery or valuables of any kind. All guests are responsible for keeping their valuables safe at all times.


Personal information collected by BnB Host Management is treated as confidential and is protected by the Privacy Act 1988.

Personal information is information relating to an individual whose identity is apparent, or can reasonably be ascertained, from the information or opinion provided.

Information Collected

As you view the BnB Host Management website, certain information may be captured on our web server, and logged for statistical purposes.

The information collected for statistical purposes includes:

  • your computer's TCP/IP address
  • the date and time of requests to the web server
  • the request method and protocol version (eg. GET/HTTP/1.1)
  • the status code of the request (eg. Code 200 means 'OK')
  • the type of browser used to make each request.

Access to information collected

No attempt is made to identify users or their browsing activities from these log files, except where required by law.

Use and disclosure of information collected

Any information provided to BnB Host Management by way of email, online enquiry or feedback form is used only for the purpose for which it was provided, and will not be used for commercial purposes; nor will it be shared with, sold, disclosed or otherwise disseminated to any third parties.

Users are advised that there are inherent risks transmitting information across the Internet.
